We offer workout sessions year-round, but three times a year, we conduct unique 8-week transformation challenges.

Challenging Workouts

Look forward to fun, engaging, and swift 30-minute group training sessions up to 5 times a week

Professional Instruction

Customize workouts to your fitness level with our on-site training staff. We provide modifications for every exercise


Stay on track with weekly weigh-ins, daily attendance tracking, and before & after pictures

Transformation Challenges Details


How It Works In 5 Easy Steps

  1. Participants pay a challenge entry fee and a portion goes towards a cash pot

  2. Challenges have a beginning and end date - usually 7+ weeks

  3. Training consists of 5 thirty-minute sessions weekly

  4. The goal is to achieve the healthiest & greatest percentage of body weight loss

  5. Cash prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

Rules, Requirements, & Guidelines

We’ve been running fitness boot camp challenges since 2014. Through observation of patterns, behaviors, and trends of previous winners, we’ve learned exactly what it takes to win. Below is our formula for success. If you follow these rules, requirements and guidelines, you will experience healthy weight loss while remaining competitive for the grand prize.



  • 1 daily workout allowed - no “two-a-days”

  • Cannot count more weight loss in last week than the average of previous 7 weeks. This is to prevent sudden, unhealthy weight loss often observed during last week of challenge.

Guidelines For Before & After Body Measurement & Pictures:

  • Wear form-fitting clothes

  • Wear your hair up

  • Wear solid color clothing

  • Avoid black or white clothing



Before Challenge Starts:

  • Join a nutrition call with a coach

  • Sign agreement with FFBC on use of final measurements and pictures
